CapibaraBet Licence: Anjouan Register Check
CapibaraBet's footer and terms name the company behind the brand, and the Anjouan licence register shows which licence that company holds and which domains it covers. This page sets out both, as checked on 2 October 2026 (operator pages) and 27 September 2026 (register data). capibarabet.net is an independent information site and is not one of the operator's domains.

Source: Vantegris License Index, mirror of the Anjouan register, fetched 27 Sep 2026 (vantegris.com/data/anjouan). Company name, number and address also appear in the footer and in clauses 1 and 26 of the terms on capibarabet.com. The licence number itself is not written in the terms.
How to Check It Yourself
- Open the official verification page: anjouangaming.com/public-register/verify-a-licence.
- Search for Elevex Group Ltd or the licence number ALSI-202408017-FI1 and confirm the status and expiry date.
- Compare the address in your browser with the domain list. On 2 October 2026 capibarabet.com opened directly, without redirecting to a mirror. If you are sent to another domain, check that it is on the licence before you register or deposit.
What an Anjouan Licence Means
Anjouan is an offshore licensing jurisdiction. The licence shows that the company is registered and supervised there; it is not an EU, UK or US licence, and it does not make the service legal in countries that require a local licence. The Anjouan regulator does not decide individual player disputes itself: complaints go to the operator first and then to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, as described below. The operator's terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan (clause 26).
Countries the Terms Exclude
Clause 4 of the terms lists as prohibited, "among others": Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Iran, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Comoros and every jurisdiction on the FATF blacklist. Clause 3 adds that players must live where online gambling is permitted and must not use VPNs, proxies or location-masking tools. An account opened from an excluded country can be closed and withdrawals may not be processed (clause 9.7).
Verification (KYC)
The KYC policy describes three stages:
- Basic, before any withdrawal: full name, date of birth, country, full address and a government ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence, valid, all four corners visible, both sides).
- Documents and address: triggered by deposits above 2,000 USD, any withdrawal request or a medium risk flag. Proof of address issued in the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement or official letter) and a selfie with your ID.
- Source of funds or wealth: triggered by deposits or withdrawals above 5,000 USD, or transfers to other users above 3,000 USD. Payslips, business or investment records and similar documents.
Documents are uploaded in the profile's verification section or sent to [email protected]. The stated review time is 24 to 72 hours and can be longer in high-risk cases. Until verification is complete, financial operations can be frozen.
Withdrawal Terms Linked to Compliance
| Rule | What the terms say | Clause |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | 10 USD per transaction (full balance on account closure) | 9.1 |
| Fee | None if the deposit was wagered once; otherwise 10%, minimum 4 USD | 9.2 |
| Monthly maximum | 50,000 EUR; 10,000 EUR if balance is at least 10x total deposits | 9.6 |
| Timing | Approved or rejected within 7 days; payment can take up to 180 days depending on the payment system | 9.8 |
| Chargebacks | 50 USD administrative fee | 10 |
How to Complain
- Step 1, the operator: clause 22 of the terms requires a dispute to be raised within three days of the incident, by email from your registered address ([email protected]). The operator says it will try to respond within 28 days.
- Step 2, the licence seal: the site carries an Anjouan licence seal; Anjouan's procedure asks players to contact the operator first.
- Step 3, ADR: if the complaint is not resolved after 30 days, it can go to an ADR provider approved by Anjouan, at the operator's cost: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V. (list of authorised ADR providers).
Keep screenshots of your balance, bet history and messages from the start, because the three-day window in the terms is short.
Language of the Terms
The terms are published in Spanish. Clause 26 says the English version prevails in case of conflict, but no English version was published on 2 October 2026. Read the Spanish text, or a careful translation of it, before you accept.
